1. Who we are

Bot operator: Dmytro Chibisov, a private individual in Ontario, Canada. Contact: @CDVvdc, [email protected]. Address for data requests: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

Channel administrators: Telegram ID, interface language, registration date; IDs and titles of connected channels, bot settings (welcome texts, captcha, timeouts); subscription data: plan, number of Stars, validity period, Telegram payment ID (telegram_payment_charge_id).

Users who submit a join request: Telegram ID, channel ID, request status (approved, declined, pending), captcha result, request time, Telegram language code (used only to choose the language). The name from the Telegram profile is used to fill in the welcome message and is not stored.

We do not collect: phone numbers, message contents, or payment card data. Payments are processed by Telegram and its payment partners.

Statistics are stored in aggregated form, by day.

Marks: a verification record (Telegram ID and date, 90 days) and a Pro trial mark per channel (channel ID, start and end dates; after /deletedata it stays without a link to the administrator's Telegram ID).

3. Purposes

Processing join requests and the captcha; sending the welcome message; running the admin panel and statistics; managing plans and payments, refunds, and support; preventing abuse.

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or build datasets for AI training.

4. Legal bases

Providing the service requested by the user or administrator, and our legitimate interest in protecting channels from bots.

5. Retention

Join request data: 30 days after processing, after which only aggregated figures remain. Channel data is deleted when the bot is removed from the channel or at the administrator's request. Payment records are kept as long as needed for refunds, support, and legal requirements: 6 years from the end of the tax year in de-identified form.

6. Who receives the data

Storage: the owner's own computer, Canada (Ontario). The channel administrator (request statuses for their own channel). Telegram (to operate the platform under its policy: https://telegram.org/privacy). Public authorities, only when legally required.

Servers may be located outside your country: Canada.

7. Security

Data is stored on the owner's computer with restricted access; the database is backed up regularly. We will notify users of any data breach.

8. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, stop processing it, or give you a copy. Requests: [email protected] or the /deletedata command. We reply within 30 days.

You can complain to a supervisory authority: in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; in the EU, the authority in your country; in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

9. Applicable law

The following may apply: Canada's PIPEDA; the GDPR (for users in the EU); the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

10. Children

The bot is not intended for anyone under 16.
