How much does a bot cost?
The price is on request: we agree it after a short brief and put it into the contract. The calculator shows the scope and timelines.
Do I need a detailed spec?
No. Describe the task in your own words — we'll prepare the dialogue map and texts and agree them with you.
How long does it take?
A simple bot takes 2–4 business days, a booking bot on our template in 1–3 days, complex projects from 3 weeks.
Can the bot take payments?
Yes. Physical goods and services via a payment provider; digital goods can also use Telegram Stars.
Who owns the bot?
You do. You register it and we hand over the source code once paid in full.
Where is it hosted and what does hosting cost?
On a server we set up for you. Hosting & support: price on request.
What if something breaks after launch?
Revisions are free for 30 days after launch; after that, they're covered by a support plan.
Can I add features later?
Yes — we build bots to be extended.
Which languages can the bot speak?
English, Ukrainian, Russian and others; each extra language is quoted separately.
Do you work with clients in Canada?
Yes, ChibiBots works fully online with clients in Canada and beyond.
How do I pay?
In CAD via PayPal or Interac; in UAH by bank card transfer. 50% upfront, the rest on delivery.
