Porter Privacy Policy

1. Operator: Dmytro Chibisov, a private individual in Ontario, Canada, @CDVvdc.

2. Data. Subscribers: Telegram ID, channel ID, request status, captcha result, time, language code; a verification record (verified_users). Administrators: Telegram ID, language, channels, settings, plan, Stars, validity period, telegram_payment_charge_id, date of accepting the terms; a Pro trial mark per channel (channel ID, start and end dates).

3. Purposes: join requests and captcha, welcome messages, the admin panel and statistics, payments, refunds, and support.

4. Verification record (verified_users). We store your Telegram ID and the date you passed verification for 90 days. If the admin of another channel has turned on "skip verified users", the record is used there too. Other admins see only that you are verified, not which channel you passed verification in. You can delete the record at any time with /deletedata; deleting a channel does not affect it.

5. Retention: processed join requests 30 days; channel data is deleted when the bot is removed or on request; payment records are kept for 6 years from the end of the tax year in de-identified form (payer hash).

6. /deletedata. For an administrator, it deletes their data, channels, and consents. Payment records are kept for 6 years in de-identified form (payer hash) for tax purposes. The Pro trial mark for the channel stays, but is no longer linked to your Telegram ID, so the trial cannot be granted again. For a subscriber, it deletes their verification record and join requests.

7. Storage and sharing: data is stored on the owner's own computer in Ontario, Canada; there is no third-party hosting provider. Data is shared with Telegram, and with public authorities only where required by law.

8. Security: data is stored on the owner's computer with restricted access; the database is backed up regularly.

9. Rights: access, correction, deletion, and a copy of your data; /deletedata or @CDVvdc. Response time: up to 30 days.

10. Applicable law: PIPEDA, the GDPR for EU users, and the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
